The American College of Positive Psychology Scholarship Program

We're excited about the potential of the scholarship program to help disseminate the principles and practices of positive psychology throughout our society through qualified practitioners.  The study of positive psychology is important.  It is equally important that graduates have a valid, recognized credential to validate their expertise.

Becoming a Diplomate, Master or Doctor of Positive Psychology are the perfect vehicles for starting a Positive Psychology Practice or supplementing your current areas of expertise and practice.

Introduction

A.  To earn the PPsyDp, PPsyM or PPsyD credential, a student must complete the required curriculum and participate in a final interview for board certification.  The interview may take place by video conference or in person.

B.  While these programs use a distance learning model, your personal mentor is available by email, phone, and fax for consultation.

C.  Upon successful completion of the program, a graduate will be awarded the Diplomate of Positive Psychology, Master and Diplomate or Doctor and Diplomate of Positive Psychology qualifications.

D.  Graduates must fulfill an annual continuing education requirement to retain their credential.

E. The positive psychology program centers upon the study of how to be happy, how to achieve success, and how to find meaning and purpsoe for one's life.
